Really quick question, folks: Why do you read this blog?
I’m really interested in whether people are mainly here for the blogmarks or the “real” entries (i.e. the longer posts). Quite often blogmarking feels like cheating, but if it’s really what people find valuable I won’t feel as bad about doing it 😉
Please please de-lurk and post a comment, letting me know the primary reason you’re here. It doesn’t need to be “blogmarks vs real entries”, but I would particularly like that datapoint in addition to whatever else you have to say.

Because life without Meriblog would be terribly incomplete.

Blogmarking is never cheating if you’re doing it honestly. Besides, you always justify your links (which is more than I do on occasion).
Like all the blogs I track, yours is interesting because a lot of your interests coincide with mine. And even when you talk about stuff that I don’t have a direct interest in, it helps provide a better image of you that adds to the commentary you provide to subjects that are in our mutual interest.
In short, keep on doing what you’re doing. If you touch on stuff that isn’t of interest to me, then that’s up to my own personal filter to deal with.

‘Cause you always manage to find something interesting to share, whether it be something you say or something you link to!

I just like keeping up with your direction. Long form is good, but short form is good, too.
… And I apparently don’t check in often enough here. 🙂
