Ah yes, the fajita pan… Unfortunately, the caption on the cut to the instruction manual for the pan is spoiled by the compression. The problem was, having set out to make fajitas for the sole purpose of using my fab new toy (the pan, not Gawker), I discovered that with it being cast iron, it needs to be properly seasoned before use. Sometimes you just think ‘sod it’ and use it anyway, but since it is so nice I want to look after it. Of course, having made such a big deal out of it I appreciate the confusion.
If this catches on I’ll endeavour to show it in action.
