(Just do a web search for him trying to configure shared printers on a home network.) In one of the responses to it (from a Mac geek) contained the excellent thought: usability => users (or rather !usability => !users). Also, usability is for life not just for Christmas. (This won't sound at all normal to anyone who doesn't know me so no need to read on). If you think you've had a 'mare just listen to the recipe for disaster I've been talked into doing. When I get back from the UK in June, I'm going to move to a new apartment which has broadband (though what the Filipino version will perform like I'm not sure...). Then I am going to a PC shop. Then I am going to buy the individual hardware components and build a PC myself. No, obviously I am not going to install Linux, the hardware will be bad enough. This is all P&G's fault for sending Daniel out here to convince me this is a good plan. He promised to help but I suspect this could leave me a thousand dollars poorer and very frustrated!
